If you require a copy of your academic transcript you will need to complete the Academic Transcript Request form and submit it to Information and Application Centre by email, or in person. Please note that a processing fee applies to all transcripts issued.
Once you successfully pass all the requirements of your programme, you will be entitled to receive your sealed award.
Awards are conferred at graduation ceremonies, however if you are unable to attend a ceremony, you can graduate "in absentia". Please note that you cannot attend a graduation ceremony at a future date if you graduate in absentia.
If you are graduating in absentia, you can collect your award from the Information and Application Centre approximately 4 weeks after the graduating ceremonies. Please bring a form of identification with you.
Alternatively you can request that Academic Registry post it to you; please provide your full name, student identification number, postal address and qualification details to email@example.com
If you require a reissue of your lost or damaged award you will need to complete the Request for Reissue of Award form and submit it to the Information and Application Centre by email, or in person. Please note that a processing fee applies to all reissued awards.
Note: For security reasons we do not send degree parchments (including Level 7 qualifications) by surface mail.
