Expand your knowledge and skill base in computing
The National Certificate in Computing (Level 3) builds on your existing computing skills and the skills gained in the National Certificate in Computing (Level 2).
You will learn more advanced skills in desktop publishing, database handling, spreadsheets, word processing and the basics of web design.
Flexible study times allow you to fit your study around other commitments in your life. You go at your own pace in the classroom supported by Facilitators. You can also study from home.
As a graduate with this qualification, you will be in a strong position to continue with further studies in this field or depending on your experience, be able to apply the skills that you have learned to gain entry level positions in business administration.

Applicants must meet the following entry requirement:
- National Certificate in Computing (Level 2) or equivalent.
Applicants will be accepted in order of application.

Further Training or Study
Successful graduates can staircase to the National Certificate in Business Administration (Level 4) specialising in financial or medical administration or the Certificate in Computing, Communications and Business (Level 4).
Career Opportunities
Possible career opportunities include positions such as a help desk operator, computer operator, junior web developer, administrator, or junior multimedia roles. A career pathway will depend on previous experience and skill base.
