CHATS is a unique restaurant and hotel training school. The purpose-built facility is an operational restaurant and conference centre open to the public. This helps to ensure that Manukau Institute of Technology graduates are thoroughly grounded in all aspects of the hospitality and catering industry. Students learn from industry professionals at Manukau Institute of Technology and further this with industry work experience.
