Certificate of Achievement in Diabetes Care and Management Level 7
This programme is designed to enable health professionals who provide regular care to people at risk of or with diabetes to develop their professional practice and contribute to the attainment of competent practice as a generalist diabetes health professional.
Learn how to:
- Interpret and integrate professional guidelines and protocols, legal and ethical responsibilities and cultural safety into your own practice
- Use an objective approach to management of care
- Construct effective interpersonal and therapeutic communication within your professional practice
- Practice the evaluation of the effectiveness of care, in a multidiscipline environment
Course Dates:
18 week course to be confirmed during semester 2, 2012. However the Faculty of Nursing and Health Studies is still receiving applications.
