Withdrawal Policy
If an enrolled student stops attending a course or programme, they must give written notice to the Head of Faculty responsible for that course by completing an MIT Withdrawal or Transfer Application Form. The date of withdrawal will be taken from the date the completed form is received by MIT.
If the form is submitted to MIT prior to the course start date or the course is cancelled or within one calendar week of the start date or 10% of the course duration whichever is the lesser, there will be 100% refund. After one calendar week (or 10% of the course duration whichever is the lesser), but less than two calendar weeks from the start date (or 20% of the course duration whichever is the lesser), 80% tuition fees will be refunded. There is no refund if the form is submitted from the third calendar week after the course start date.
