The Grind
The Grind offers coffee making (barista) training for all MIT catering and hospitality students and short courses have been developed for people wishing to specialise in barista operations.
Coffee has become the wine of today and there is a real industry need for quality training of baristas. The Grind is the only purpose-built barista training facility in a tertiary institution in the North Island.
