About the Programme
Get prepared for senior administrative roles.
The Diploma in Business Administration will develop your understanding of business theory. You'll learn how to distinguish different types of business operations, such as retail or manufacturing, their differing administrative needs and safety and compliance requirements. This diploma will equip you with a business vocabulary, the means to understand the anatomy of business infrastructure, planning and control methods, an overview of systems and an introduction to project management. As a graduate with this diploma, you will have the ability to analyse and review a business and write a standard business report including financial data.
Graduates of this diploma become valuable staff, and will succeed in senior administrative positions such as office administrator, office manager, executive assistant or personal assistant.
This qualification is an excellent opportunity for those already in administration or office support roles to develop their existing skills and have their professional worth recognised with a formal qualification.
