The campus will be a leading edge, vocational learning facility set in the heart of Manukau. The state of the art campus will be located above the new Manukau Transportation Station in the southern end of Hayman Park and at this stage is set to be operational for the second semester of 2013.

Alongside our other campuses in Auckland, the Manukau Tertiary Centre will make education more accessible to our community.

Initially the Faculty of Business, Southern Cross University and a small number of other courses will operate from the campus, with approximately 120 staff and 6000 students based on levels 1 -5 of the building.

Additional space will be leased to commercial operators and part of the facility will include a 250 seat auditorium performance theatre that will also be available for local groups in the community to use.

The commencement of the Manukau Tertiary Centre build is the first of three phases for our new campus in a public transportation hub that is expected to be one of the largest in New Zealand.

The Manukau Tertiary Centre is one of the most exciting developments for the Counties Manukau area and for tertiary education.
