Test takers will need to be fully vaccinated or hold a medical exemption and bring their official My Vaccine Pass with them on test day to be allowed on site.

Candidates may cancel or postpone their IELTS test by notifying the test centre more than five weeks before the selected test date. There is an administration fee for postponement or cancellation of $80.

Additional copies of test results
If you did not receive the score you expected, you can apply for your test to be re-marked. This is called an Enquiry on Results (EOR). You can choose which test sections you want to be re-marked.
You need to apply for re-marking no later than six weeks after the test date, regardless of whether you have taken IELTS on paper or IELTS on computer. You can submit an Enquiry on Results online from the Test Taker Portal . Alternatively, you can download the Enquiry on Results form and email to email@example.com or contact the IELTS centre. Make sure you attach your proof of payment.Your result will normally be available in 2 to 21 days, depending on several factors including the number of sections requested for re-marking. If you have not received a response after 28 days, please contact the IELTS centre.

If you don't have a copy of your passport available you can still submit your online application, then email a copy of your passport.
Include your full name and test date in the subject line.
Once we have received your application, passport copy and payment we will email you confirmation and receipt within 10 business days. You will also receive an access code for the Road to IELTS programme.
