MIT is committed to providing excellent service to students. Clear policies and processes are in place to ensure students have a fair and timely pathway for raising and resolving any issues or concerns that you may have during your time at MIT.

Raising a concern or complaint

We have a dedicated Student Advocacy and Appeals Officer who can request an appeal on your behalf should you not be happy with a decision or outcome of a formal complaint.


We are committed to maintaining an environment that is free from all forms of harassment, bullying or discrimination. We take such concerns very seriously.

Any student that feels they have been harassed in any way and requires support or advice should contact a Student Advisor.
