Biography

I am an expert in Data Analytics with extensive knowledge and experience in Data Sciences, database, Big Data Analytics, and Machine Learning and their applications in medical, behavioural and cybersecurity. I currently work in the school of Digital Technology at Manukau Institute of Technology, Auckland. I have introduced new machine learning approaches during my research related to rule induction, artificial neural network and feature selection among others and supervised multiple research projects (PhDs). These approaches have resulted in published works, including recent datasets on Autism Spectrum Disorder (Autism datasets; Toddlers dataset) and Cybersecurity (Phishing data) as well as Autism screening mobile applications based on Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning with Dr. Reza Shahamiri (ASDTests; Autism AI). I have recently focused on building IT health services for dementia and Alzheimer patients including the following mobile applications (DementiaTest, DDoMates) besides Computer Games for children health awareness (FoodKnight).
