Gain an overview of the law and types of liability, including:
- The strict liability rules in civil law and common law systems
- Carrier liability in civil and common law systems (bailment, contract, statute and tort).
This will include developing your knowledge and understanding of the legal regimes and claims processes that encompasses the movement and storage of goods by an individual or combination of modes - Interpretation and application of the laws, codes, and conventions that deal with carriage of goods by land, sea and air.
