Course highlights

Meet the mandatory minimum requirements for the training and qualifications of masters and deck officers on ships operating in polar waters.

This course provides basic and advanced training to navigation officers to operate ships in polar waters and to address additional provisions beyond existing requirements of the SOLAS and MARPOL conventions, taking into account the climatic conditions of polar waters and meeting the standards of maritime safety and pollution prevention.

The course meets the requirements for STCW Sections A-V/4-1 and A-V/4-2 (Basic and Advanced Polar Code training)
