Course structure

Before a trainee can enrol in an exam with ASPEQ they will need a Practitioner ID.  All candidates must register and book their exam at EWRB's website https://ewrb.aspeqexams.com. The ASPEQ exam entry fee is $155.25 and will be requested to be paid at the time of application.

Since the introduction of on-line exams in September 2018 all EWRB approved  examinations have been coordinated by ASPEQ Limited. They are a privately-owned company that provides on-line exams on behalf of the EWRB. Exams are run year-round and are available in a number of centres throughout New Zealand. Information is correct as at 4 November 2022. The fee quoted is an indicative short course fee. You will be advised of the current fees at the time of enrolment. Short courses stated as eligible for free study in 2023 are based on the 2022 fee structure and subject to funding confirmation for 2023. International Students holding an appropriate visa may enrol on this course. All short course fees are in New Zealand Dollars and inclusive of GST. Manukau Institute of Technology reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course with insufficient enrolments or for any other reason where cancellation is necessary before the course is planned to start.
