Louise is the Programme Coordinator for the New Zealand Validity Licencing Programmes as well as Yacht Licences.
Louise coordinates and leads teaching in this area, and also assists candidates with course and career planning.
She is involved in contract and company training and has taught and undertaken contracts in the Pacific region and in various locations around New Zealand.
Her background in the towing, charter, and passenger industry allows her to approach training solutions from the operational onboard aspect to the management perspective.
Louise is on the Executive of the Maritime and Seafood Educators Association, providing a direct link between Maritime Educators and Maritime New Zealand. She sits on many advisory groups and is a regular contributor for ‘Professional Skipper’ magazine.
