Ryan Hollis

Biography:
Ryan is a lover of all that life can throw at you, he grew up in South Africa before leaving for the United Kingdom to pursue a Rugby career. However, on his adventures he fell in love with food which saw Ryan return to South Africa and complete his studies in hospitality, and from that point his career has taken him around the world and in many paths. Having worked on cruise ships as a tour officer, to running some of London’s fanciest and busiest hotels and restaurants.
