Abstract: This paper approaches corruption in business as a management decision-making problem and discusses the concept of ‘corruption-related decision-making’ in the context of managerial decision-making. The concept is a potential contribution to the value-creating role of business manager’s in an organization based economy. It is supported by a decision-making model and process for decision-making managers that provides a stakeholder conscious response to corruption in the business environment.
