Feedback and complaints

If you want to provide feedback or make a complaint regarding your session/s with a counsellor you have the following options:

  • Provide written anonymous feedback via the form provided at the Counselling Team reception
  • If this is not appropriate you can speak with the Head of Student Experience and Success, Liz Keneti by phone on 09 968 8642.

If you want to give a compliment, anonymous feedback, or raise a concern/complaint, not regarding a session with your counsellor you can fill out the Student Feedback Form.
