We have dedicated advisors to help you while you’re at MIT. We can also get you connected to Māori Support and Marae team, Tuakana Teina, Kapa Haka, and our student groups.
There are Māori whanau orientation, social events, hangouts and our very own Māori graduation ceremony called Tuku Taonga to celebrate your success held at our Marae – Ngā Kete Wānanga.
So whether you’re seeking academic support, pastoral support and cultural guidance, or just to talk to someone, our whanau is here for everyone and you are welcome anytime to drop in and see us at the Marae.
