Why I love MIT

As a Chief Engineer, teaching in MIT NZ Maritime School offers a gratifying opportunity to impart my extensive knowledge and experience to aspiring maritime professionals.

Sharing my expertise in ship operations, maintenance, engineering principles, and maritime legislations enables me to nurture a new generation of skilled ship engineers, instilling in them a profound understanding of maritime technologies and practices. Witnessing their growth and development as they grasp complex concepts, acquire practical skills, and prepare for their future careers fills me with immense pride and satisfaction.

By fostering a supportive learning environment, which MIT facilitates, encouraging hands-on training, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement, I can contribute significantly to the maritime industry's evolution and ensure the safe and efficient operation of ships worldwide.
