1. Te Pūkenga – New Zealand Institute of Skills and Technology, trading as Manukau Institute of Technology (MIT) is running a ‘Stars QR Code Draw’ competition (Competition) from Tuesday 24 June to Wednesday 25 June 2025 (Term).
  2. The prize is one of two double passes to the Stars vs Mystics game at Pulman Arena on 30 June 2025 (each, a Prize).
  3. Only one entry per person will be counted.
  4. Entries that comply with these terms and conditions will go into the Prize draw. By entering the Competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  5. Entries received outside the Term will not be accepted.
  6. This Competition is administrated and run by MIT and has no association with Stars or Pulman Arena.
  7. Participants can enter the Prize draw by scanning the QR code on the ‘Stars QR Code Draw’ flyer that will be available at the MIT stand at the South Auckland Careers Expo 2025, and entering their details on the online entry form.
  8. The Prize draw will be conducted at the end of each day during the Term, when one entry will be drawn.
  9. The winners of the Prize draw will be contacted by Thursday 26 June 2025 via mobile. If a winner does not respond or claim the Prize within 24 hours, a second draw will be conducted for that Prize, and the new winner will be contacted via mobile.
  10. MIT will collect and hold personal information provided in relation to each Competition entry primarily for the purposes of the Competition and also for corresponding with you for academic and administrative matters, sending you information about MIT courses and programmes and other general marketing purposes. All such personal information will be held by MIT as is notified to the Participant upon entry and otherwise in accordance with Te Pūkenga Privacy Notice (at Privacy Notice | Te Pūkenga – New Zealand Institute of Skills and Technology (xn--tepkenga-szb.ac.nz)). Participants have the right to request access to and correction of their personal information.
  11. All decisions of MIT in relation to any aspect of the Competition are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  12. MIT reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or terminate the Competition at any time at its sole discretion.
  13. MIT staff (or an immediate family member thereof) and students currently enrolled at MIT are not eligible to participate in this Competition.
