Biography:

Haley has many years experience in varying roles within the Early Childhood industry. She studied her under grad in teaching as a school leaver, then returned as an adult learner to complete a Masters in Specialist Teaching endorsed in Early Intervention.

She has a passion in advocating for inclusion for all and has worked within South Auckland communities for many years, coaching and mentoring adults working alongside neurodiverse tamariki.

Why I love MIT:

I was drawn to MIT because of their focus on relationships with students, as a teacher relationships are the starting point of the learning journey we are on together. I enjoy that MIT offers programmes that supports students to achieve their learning goals, in a way that works for them.
