Since 2002, the New Zealand Journal of Applied Business Research (NZJABR) has been publishing top quality outputs of academic and applied research. It has so far published 13 volumes and most of the volumes are comprised of two issues. The Journal follows a double blind peer review and quality assurance process. NZJABR is now is a highly peer esteemed academic journal of its kind published from New Zealand.
Aim and Scope
NZJABR publishes scholarly work with an applied focus that advances business theory, research and practice. It focuses on contemporary business environment, encompassing fields such as accounting, economics, finance, management, marketing, information systems and decision support systems. Contributions from related business fields are also welcome. The Journals readership includes academics, business practitioners and researchers.
NZJABR is particularly interested in research emanating from New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific Nations that has clear impilications for New Zealand researchers and practitioners. Research articles from other countries may also be published in NZJABR, provided that the implications for New Zealand researchers and business environments are clearly identified.
Literature review, research methodology and research contribution are some of key components of any article for consideration of publication in NZJABR. However, it does not prefer one type research methodology over another. All research methods are acceptable provided that they are appropriate and well-executed.
