Serving up a storm in Dine

Our Food & Beverage students are getting valuable hands-on experience every Tuesday in Dine, our on-campus restaurant at the Ōtara campus.

The Level 3 students, who are studying for the 16-week NZ Certificate in Food & Beverage, are learning a range of skills and attributes in preparation for a career in the hospitality industry. These include customer interaction and beverage making and production – espressos, juices, smoothies, spritzers and cocktails.

Along with operating Dine Restaurant for a two-course lunch on Tuesdays, they also operate the Pantry Food outlet on Wednesdays.
