By submitting this form, I grant full permission to the person or entity interviewing, photographing or recording my child, if any (“Photographer”) and its licensee and assignees, NZIST and MIT license and/or use any content (“Works”) for any purpose whatsoever and not limited to specific area of study. I give MIT and NZIST permission to use this content across any MIT or NZIST material including use of my child's photo, video, name and/or profile to promote vocational education in New Zealand and New Zealand as an educational destination to the general public anywhere in the world by the same methods and on the same terms as set out in the paragraph above. The Works may be cropped, altered, transformed or reproduced in any way, in any current or future media and may also be combined with any other works. I agree that I have no rights or copyright in the Works (and any derivative works).
