Biography:

Cushla has worked with people with learning challenges all her working life. She worked for Idea Services for 10 years as a community services manager, communication coordinator and family whānau coordinator in the South Auckland area.

She has been teaching young people with learning disabilities here at MIT since 2011. She enjoys supporting them to develop their potential and be valued members of their communities.
