Baking and patisserie

Baking is booming, from good old-fashioned like-mum-used-to-make baking, to spectacularly decorated cakes for special occasions. As a skilled baker you could get a slice of this action.

Our baking programmes deliver all the practical skills you need from biscuit, pastry and bread making to the fundamentals of patisserie, and are backed up with core skills in literacy, numeracy and communication. Plus, you'll get experience in real kitchens and on  bakery sale days.

As an MIT graduate you will have a high rate of success finding work in your chosen field.
