Baking and patisserie

Whether it's good old-fashioned like-mum-used-to-make baking or spectacularly decorated cakes, the baking industry is always evolving. As a skilled baker you could get a slice of this action.

Our baking programmes deliver all the practical skills you need from biscuit, pastry and bread making to the fundamentals of patisserie. You will learn core skills in literacy, numeracy and communication and get experience in real kitchens and on bakery sale days.

As an MIT graduate you will have a high rate of success finding work in your chosen field.
