Biography:

Hayan joined Manukau Institute of Technology in 2001. After teaching a range of subjects, he is now more specialised in Hardware and Networking.

After graduating in 1979, Hayan worked in a radio transmission centre in Iraq as a computer and transmitter engineer. He went to Dubai in 1990 and started teaching Computer Science in high schools and a polytech.

Other than his teaching commitments, Hayan is also involved in the MIT computer laboratory infrastructure and supervising student projects.
