  1. Te Pūkenga – New Zealand Institute of Skills and Technology, trading as Manukau Institute of Technology (MIT) is running a ‘One NZ Warriors QR Code Draw’ competition (Competition) from Wednesday 20 March to Saturday 23 March 2024 (Term).
  2. There are three prizes, and each prize consists of one double pass to the One New Zealand Warriors vs Newcastle Knights game at Go Media Stadium, Mt Smart on Sun 31 March 2024.
  3. Only one eligible entry per person will be counted.
  4. Entries received outside the Term will not be accepted.
  5. Entries that comply with these terms and conditions will go into the Prize draw. By entering the Competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  6. This Competition is administrated and run by MIT and has no association with One NZ Warriors.
  7. Eligible participants can enter the Prize draw by scanning the QR code on the ‘One NZ Warriors QR Code Draw’ flyer and entering and submitting their details using the online entry form.
  8. The prizes will be drawn on Monday 25 March when three eligible entries will be randomly drawn (Winners).
  9. The winners of the Prize draw will be contacted on Monday 25 March via mobile using the contact details provided at the time of entry. If the winner(s) does not respond or claim their Prize within 24 hours, then that winner will forfeit their Prize and MIT may conduct a subsequent Prize draw, and the new winner(s) will be contacted via mobile, using the contact details provided at the time of entry.
  10. MIT shall have the right to assess the validity and eligibility of any entry into the Competition. In the event that MIT is not satisfied that the winner(s) meets all the requirements of these terms and conditions, MIT reserves the right at its sole discretion to redraw the winner(s) immediately.
  11. The Prize winners agree to have their photo taken with their Prize for public announcement with their photo and name published on MIT’s social media platforms and website.
  12. MIT will collect and hold personal information provided in relation to each Competition entry for the purposes of the Competition. All such personal information will be held by MIT as is notified to the Participant upon entry and otherwise in accordance with Te Pūkenga Privacy Notice. Participants have the right to request access to and correction of their personal information.
  13. All decisions of MIT in relation to any aspect of the Competition are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  14. MIT reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or terminate the Competition at any time at its sole discretion.
  15. MIT staff and students currently enrolled at MIT are not eligible to participate in this Competition.
