Information for all our graduands who complete diploma, degree, postgraduate or masters studies (Levels 5–9)

Invitations to register for Graduation ceremonies have been emailed to all Grads.

Registrations close Sunday 21 April. Please register by this date.

Request two complimentary guest tickets when you register, and extra guest tickets go on sale 8.30am Monday, 8 April.

Collecting your certificate

If you were not able to attend your graduation ceremony, you can collect your certificate from Ask Me! student services centre from 12 June.  Please bring your Student ID or photo identification (e.g. driver’s licence or passport).

Certificate and transcript FAQ

Do I have to pay for my certificate?

No. However, if you would like this posted, you will need to pay a courier fee first.

What if I can't make it to pick up? Can someone else pick it up for me?

Yes, you can authorise someone to collect on your behalf - please email their full name to studentrecordrequests@manukau.ac.nz and advise them to take photo ID.

Can you post my certificate?

Yes, we can courier certificates to your preferred street address (no PO boxes) at your request. Please note, courier fees will apply and need to be paid in advance. Please email studentrecordrequests@manukau.ac.nz.

Can you send it by standard post?

No, to ensure the safety of your certificate MIT policy is to only send via courier - we cannot post by standard mail. The safest option is to collect from campus.

How much is postage?

If your address is within New Zealand postage is $10, Australia $30, USA $65 and all other countries are $55.

How do I pay?

Please email your request to have your certificate sent via courier to studentrecordrequests@manukau.ac.nz. Our records team will then advise you on how to pay.

What is a transcript and how do I get it?

A transcript is a certified statement detailing your complete academic record at the institute including details of all course results, completion details and qualification.

Complete this online form to request the official transcript of your Academic Record. A processing fee of $25 applies (two copies) plus $12.50 for each extra copy ordered. You can also visit the Ask Me! student services team to fill out a  request in person.

How do I get a replacement certificate?

If your certificate has been lost or damaged or your name has changed we can replace your certificate. You can't order extra copies of your parchment.

To request a replacement certificate email studentrecordrequests@manukau.ac.nz. Make sure to include your full name, ID number and qualification. A processing fee will apply (certificate $25, diploma/degree $40 each) plus postage.
