I acknowledge that Manukau Institute of Technology (MIT) can terminate my application if false or incomplete information has been provided. In addition to the permissions granted in the Privacy Notice, I specifically authorise MIT to use my personal information for research and marketing purpose relating to the Te Ara Oranga project, and to disclose my personal information to Te Ara Oranga or Te Whatu Ora for research and reporting purposes relating to the Te Ara Oranga project for a period of up to fifteen years following completion of my studies and/or my registration (whichever occurs later).
