Technicians and tradespeople who do not require full electrical registration, but work with equipment powered from the mains supply. All electrical work must be undertaken according to current Electrical Legislation.

Course structure

This course prepares participants for the Electrical Workers’ Registration Board (EWRB) examinations for registration to carry out limited electrical servicing work as per their Electrical Service Technician (EST) Certificate. All electrical work must be undertaken according to current Electrical Legislation. Course content covers the theory and practical requirements (skills) set out by the Electrical Workers’ Registration Board (EWRB).
