For people who are responsible for liquor sale and supply in a licensed premises. By law, every hospitality business that sells alcohol must have a properly qualified person in charge at all times.

Manukau Institute of Technology is accredited under the provisions of the Education Act 1989. International students must study in class and will not be able to enrol for online study options.
